Patient walks in. You type their 8-character handshake code, fill the medication form, hit Sign & send. The prescription is on their phone before they leave the chair, with reminders pre-scheduled and a single-use dispense QR ready for the pharmacy.

How a visit works

    Eight characters, rotates every 90 seconds. Type it in or use your webcam scanner. You're now paired.

    Patient context appears

    Name, age, known allergies, recent prescriptions. No tab switching, no chart-hunting.

  3. edit_note
    Prescribe & sign

    One row per medication. Server-signed and time-stamped. Multi-drug visits stay grouped under one visit ID.

  4. verified_user
    Tamper-proof, single-dispense

    Every prescription gets a unique dispense token. Once a pharmacy fills it, it cannot be filled again.

Evaluation build. Not yet integrated with EHR systems, drug-interaction databases, or the National Medical Commission registry. Do not use as a sole record of clinical decisions until production rollout.
